Please provide your flight details and phone number to Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. The shuttle bus will strictly adhere to the above schedule, and the driver will be unable to wait for late-arriving flights, as this would affect the entire day's schedule.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of VND 2,500,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
