Property information

The apartments are located near the sea, a restaurant, a gym, a wellness center, and a heated indoor pool. They are located on the third floor and can be reached by elevator. The studio is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The balcony offers a beautiful sea view. The apartment price includes free parking, free access to the gym, swimming pools, and most weekly events. We ask you to use the equipment responsibly and protect your belongings. Do not use the air conditioning if the temperature is more than 5 degrees Celsius above the outside temperature, as this will cause damage. Smoking is prohibited in the house. In addition, we may ask security deposit. For longer rental agreements, electricity is charged according to the meter reading.
