Please note that NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED (Birthdays, Bachelors, Bachelorette, Student Rage, etc.) Pet friendly (small breed dogs) 3 Bedroom airconditioned property, with balconies and stunning view of the ocean. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. It has a large open plan living area which includes a lounge area as well as a 6 seater dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The unit has a double garage for parking. Free Wifi, DSTV and Table Tennis for our guests to enjoy. The property has a private fenced outdoor area at the back of the unit, for your furry kids to play and enjoy some fresh air. The patio has two sun loungers, a patio table with seating for 6 as well as a Weber kettle braai. There is a communal pool in the complex. The property is roughly 20kms from Salt Rock. The unit is in a secure 24 hour security complex, with direct access to the beach through controlled access guests to enjoy. NOTE on pets: Due to the rabies problem in KZN all pets including cats are required to be inoculated. Proof of such inoculations have to be provided BEFORE arrival, or NO ENTRY.
Blythedale is a small tranquil village, located about an hour from the Durban CBD, just 10 minutes north of Ballito and a mere 25 minute drive from King Shaka International Airport.
