This is spacious 5 bedroom house, which can accommodate up to 4 couples, situated in security complex, manned 24/7 by security personnel, for peace of mind. The house is modern design with kitchen, and scullery, dining area, 3 lounges and balcony. Patio with a braai area, that leads to the swimming pool, spacious grounds with green grass and decoration trees. Spacious parking area for up to 10 cars.
Friendly and approachable person who loves people.
The area is quiet, clean and peaceful. The shopping mall with Woolies, Pic n Pay, KFC, Nando's, and Engen Garage is situated 500m away from the house. There are beautiful views of the Table Mountain and Robben Island from the complex. The house is also less than 10minutes to the N1 highway. The N1 highway is the gateway to Cape Town or Stellenbosch and Franschhoek wine farms. The are popular wine farms nearby, such as Durbanville hills, 12 min away, De Grendel 5 minutes away from the house.
