Brenton Bushbuck Lookout is situated in the charming hamlet Brenton-on-Sea, along the Brenton beach and Buffalo Bay coastal stretch. Access is via Brenton Road, which is a distance of approximately 9 km off the N2. Although Brenton Bushbuck Lookout doesn't have a direct sea view from the apartment, it is situated a mere 50m from a path that leads directly onto Fisherman's Walk. This well-maintained walkway stretches all along the cliff-top along the coast, offering expansive views of the ocean. Brenton Bushbuck Lodge is north-facing, situated in the street closest to the edge of the cliff above the ocean, protected from the extreme winds experienced by most sea-facing properties. The local inhabitants know the value of being good neighbours and friends, far removed from the city environment where people live and hide behind high walls and fences. Even out of season, there is always a holiday feeling around.

Brenton-on-Sea is a friendly and safe neighbourhood, where you will frequently encounter free-roaming deer known as Bushbuck. Expansive sea views can be enjoyed from many viewpoints, including the well-maintained Fisherman's Walk, a pathway which extends along the clifftop and which can be accessed via a pathway behind the property. Sitting on the bench placed for your convenience, this pathway offers panoramic views of the ocean. Brenton Bushbuck Lookout is a short walk to the Brenton Blue Flag Beach and the hotel with its restaurant overlooking the 5km stretch of pristine beach to Buffalo Bay. The Butterfly Blu Restaurant at the Brenton Haven Hotel, with its glass-enclosed deck, offers a varied a-la-carte menu and fabulous cocktails to enjoy while watching the dolphins that frequent the shoreline, surfing the waves, and spectacular sunsets. The hotel also has a casual deli Indigo where you can enjoy breakfast or coffee and pastries baked on-site by its French pastry chef as well as pizzas. The On Brenton Bistro is more casual with its pub and sports bar.
