Lucien Sands 401, is a beautiful, 3 bedroom self catering holiday apartment on the 4th floor offers uninterrupted sea-views. Stylish, open plan apartment has large glass stack doors that open up onto the spacious balcony. This is a perfect holiday destination and will not disappoint. Modern well equipped kitchen that is suitable for self catering. A 5 stage water purifier has been installed in the kitchen which makes cleaning drinking water. There is WIFI in this apartments as well as an inverter. Lovely spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed (ceiling fan). The bathroom en-suite has a corner bath as well as a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (ceiling fan) and leads onto a small balcony with excellent sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds (ceiling fans). The second bathroom has a shower and bath. Complex is on the beach with direct beach access to Manaba beach. There is a swimming pool in the complex as well as an elevator. There is NO AIR-CON in this apartment. Please Note: The cleaning fee that you are charged is for the preparation and cleaning of the unit before you arrive and after you leave. Daily cleans are available at an extra charge. If a daily clean is required please contact the office. Maximum 4 adults and strictly no parties allowed.

Manaba Beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards and is safe for swimming.  A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. Margate is a very popular resort town that has been a major drawcard to the South Coast for many decades. Uvongo is a lovely little seaside resort village on the Hibiscus Coast. Uvongo is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon. The lagoon and beach are protected by cliffs and dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Paddle boats, as well as canoes, are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach.  Uvongo beach has lifeguards and also shark nets, therefore, making it an excellent swimming and surfing beach. In Shelly Beach, you will find scuba diving, shark cage diving, dolphin, and whale watching trips. The Oribi Gorge as well as the Wild Coast Casino is also less than 50km away. Furthermore, the weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees.
