We're situated conveniently close to the main attractions of Durban. They are just a short drive away- Checkers Durban North (12 min drive, 4,6km), Kensington shopping Square(11 min, 4,7km), Gateway Theatre of Shopping(17 min, 12 km), Suncoast Beach(18 min, 10km), King Shaka International Airport (23 min, 26km), Moses Mabhida Stadium (19 min, 9,5km). Our place is perfect for business trips, holidays etc. It's private with an airy as well as great naturalistic and comforting vibe.The place is one level below ground making it off the road and safer with the enclosed garage at the top level. This rustic apartment is privately situated on the first level in the same yard as our family home. It's perfect for couples, business people and holiday goers. Kitchen and bedroom windows have awesome views of the bamboo trees, the neighborhood and some Durban lights at night. Not to forget the gorgous Slastone floors that are warm in winter and cool in summer! The spacious bottom yard is totally available for one to roam around and explore and you may even have a little outdoor braai at the braai area on a sunny Durban day. A loving and hardworking individual which comes with my career as I am a foundation phase educator and have been for 25 years. I truly love people and always glad to help as much as I can. I am also fluent in Afrikaans and am pretty decent in speaking Isi-Zulu. I live with my 3 daughters and my father.
We are situated within a quite residential area surrounded by lots of plush greenery that makes it so unique. There are many neighbors but never disturbances. It's very safe and friendly.
