ONLY 5 mins walk along the Prominade to USHAKA SEA WORLD & Shopping Arcade.. SECURITY is World Class with Biometric Access and 24/7 security in the whole area. We specialize in International Travelers and WELCOME Business Men & Women. We have office facilities adjacent to your private room. Free Hi Speed Internet is available. Food & other Deliveries are easily available and fast.. Your room is serviced daily.. AIRPORT Pickup & Dropoff in a Luxury Vehicle can be arranged for a fee.. Subject to availability.

This is one of the SAFEST Places to be in DURBAN.. Beautiful Canals & Palm trees, Restaurants, Bars & Shopping in safe walking distance. People often remark that "this is not what we expected.. It looks & feels like a Tropical Paradise' We are Right on the POINT BEACH PROMINADE and next to the Harbour entrance. So you can watch the Ships sail in & out of the Harbour Daily. Point Beach is very popular with Surfers, Swimmers, Fishermen, Kite Surfing, Hydrofoil Surfing and also Houses Point Watersports Club, Point Sailing Club, and several others, UNDER the Prominade right on the Beach.. Also SUPing Stand Up Paddling. Seasonal Dolphin & Whale spotting, and Daily Harbour Cruises are available.. 10 Minutes drive into DURBAN Central and 20 Mins to UMLANGA Beach front..
