Studio 37 is a conveniently located, comfortable and stylish apartment in a quiet and secure building with NO LOADSHEDDING! It is our personal holiday apartment in the heart of the vibrant city of Cape Town. This recently renovated urban sanctuary is suitable for solo travellers, business professionals and romantic couples for short stays or digital nomads for longer stays. We are close to the vibe of the inner city but peaceful enough for a restful sleep.
We live in the beautiful seaside town of Hermanus, but miss the heartbeat of the big city, so we bought this apartment so we could enjoy the best of both worlds. Love travelling the world to eat & drink, live for the music and respect everyone for who they are. We are a phone call or a message away. You may contact us during your stay with any questions or concerns. If you need to see us in person, Pearl our property manager who is based in Cape Town will be available for you. We strive to be responsive, attentive, and committed to creating a memorable experience for our guests
