Urban Sole Beach House is a self catering holiday home with private entrance, located on the owners property in Yzerfontein, Western Cape. This west coast property is an ideal choice for friends and family who are seeking a getaway close to the beach. The king bedroom has en-suite and is fitted with toilet, washbasin and shower, double bedroom has en-suite fitted with toilet, washbasin and shower fixed over the bath and the third bedroom contains two single beds. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, tea and coffee making facilities. Access to Wifi is available, smart TV with Netflix, off street parking as well as braai facilities. Attached to the front of property but separate, is Rust in Thyme Coffee Shop, where breakfast, coffees, cakes and lunches can be purchased and enjoyed. Please note management occupies the upstairs unit, guest do not have access to the balcony and management have own private entrance.
