We are a family run business, having owned the apartments since development of the building many many many years ago! Myself (Lara) and partner Andrew, run multiple apartments in various areas of Cape Town. We do all bookings, check ins, cleans and departures personally. We will meet you at the apartment and hand keys over as well as thank you on departure. We are always available at any time should our guests require assistance. We take pride in hosting our guests with us and value each and every bit of feedback we get, Good or bad we learn from it and improve every step of the way. We communicate thoroughly and are very transparent with our guests. What ever we can do to make your stay as comfy and homey as possible we do. We are perfectly located in the V&A Waterfront Marina with direct access into the V&A Waterfront as well as a easy boat ride to the CT International Convention Center. The apartment is based in the Altmore Building at the V&A Marina. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully equipped self catering apartment overlooks the canal from the balcony with direct private access to the V&A Waterfront. The apartment includes - Free Fast Uncapped Wifi - Full DSTV Packages and flat screen televisions - UPS Inverter to keep power on through load-shedding - Underfloor heating - Air conditioning in lounge & both bedrooms - Full equipped kitchen with espresso machine - Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher - All linen and towels included - Secure underground parking bay - free - 24 hour security There are multiple pools in the Marina that you have full access to as well as a rounded state of the art Gym overlooking the stunning Marina deck. Main Bedroom comes with Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom have 2 twin beds. Linen and towels included. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, cutlery, crockery, glassware. Ensuite bathroom has a shower & bath with the main bathroom having only shower. Both have toilet facilities. Secure underground parking leading right from parking to apartment on same level.
