The staff was always friendly and they allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room was spotless when we arrived and it was cleaned every day - we loved that! Bonus: we always got some cookies with our coffee at the bar :)

Room was clean, neat, spacious and full of natural light. It had big windows with awesome street views on both ends. Beds and linens were comfy. Location is the plus point. Tram, railways and bus station is right in front of the hotel. Loved our stay here.
