The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Location of the hotel is very convenient for getting to the centre of London , very close to the tube - 2minutes walk.

Everything was excellent. The treatement of the workers and the quality of everything, I recommend the hotel a lot.

Location is great! Very close to the outlet and various restaurants. Very accessible too for public transportation. Breakfast buffet selection was also great.

What I like the most was the friendly, warm and attentive staff. The location is excellent, close to London main attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, and all kind of stores.

Just 20 metres from Aldgate East London Underground Station, ibis London City - Shoreditch has modern, air-cooled rooms. Liverpool Street Station is a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They cleaned our room and changed the towels every day. Breakfast is inexpensive; however, the price is lower if you reserve it upon check-in. Also, public transportation is very close to the hotel. The bus station is in front of the hotel, really just four steps away. The district line and the other pink line are a 50-step walk from the hotel. It is an amazing location, and the service was amazing. I stayed in an Airbnb on every trip to London; this was my first time in a hotel. And it was an unforgettable experience for me. Also, the hotel was very nearby to Liverpool Street. So, you can find easily to Union Pizza, Donburi and Co, Spitalfields Market and Marugame Udon.

Just a mile from Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3, Ibis Hotel Heathrow Airport offers The Hoppa Bus shuttle service, running every hour from 05:39 to 23:00.

Very nice place, the cleaning was good, hot water and very warm rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I am so impressed with this hotel. Not only are the staff very helpful and kind the hotel is clean! The room is modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is hearty! I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. It’s also very quiet. They even have a kiosk that you can book tickets through. Our Uber app wasn’t working so we were able to use the kiosk.
