The staff were exceptionally nice. The hotel was so so. It is really a "budget" version . The croissants were a bit small.

Location, Parking, Food and Drink and snacks, Beds and room very clean and comfortable, seating area in lobby very good. Not the cheapest in the area but a very smart hotel with good facilities

Appartement was very nice, clean and great hosts. In the center of Eupen, everything walking distance, and easy and cheap parking close to the appartment

Location (close to Malmedy) and cool concept. Breakfast was okay. Home cinema was a nice touch but you need to claim it before other guests to put your film of choice. They have projectors in the room but it is still "coming soon". Once they are functional it will be definitely better to have a room in this hotel. Cozy to sit outsite and has a firepit. Has a very good italian restaurant nearby to eat for a cheap price.
