It offers free Wi-Fi access, a 24-hour front desk and a 24-hour snack bar. Location, comfort, and the staff were really helpful (I was cycling)

Personal is friendly, helpful, and absolutely kind.

The ibis Besançon La City offers air-conditioned rooms, 4 of which are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Nicely situated hotel, a pleasant stroll along the river to the centre. Clean & nice. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast choice which you could have on the terrace if you wish

I was arriving by train in Besancon mid evening and leaving again early the next morning, so the location was ideal - literally a minute across the road from the station. You know what you're going to get from the Ibis hotels and this was no different - good for an overnight stay, but probably wouldn't want to stay any longer. Both the room and the public areas were clean and the staff were efficient. There was a decent Italian restaurant next door, which was useful as the main town area is a little way away from the hotel.

Reception closed for the day so checked in by next door upmarket ibis. Warm welcoming reception Standard budget ibis room. Good value. Clean. Comfortable bed and linens Wifi fast and stable Location good for car folk. Suburbia with large supermarket next door. By foot 30 min to train.

Only about ten minutes walk to be right in the centre. There’s a tram stop right outside the door, easy to buy tickets from the machine at the stop. 1.40 euros a ticket but cheaper if you buy three or more. Room was comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, all good quality. Under ground parking 10 euros a day useful. Because of the trams some roads are one way, we had to drive past the turning and make several turns to get to it. No bar but there is one a few minutes walk away.

Well, first of all it's a budget Ibis. When in transit, quite perfect, good value for the money. Free parking, wifi excellent. Regular Ibis next door where you can have a meal.

We had a great stay at the Ibis hotel La City in besancon, the room was clean and mostly quiet and the beds were good. The breakfast was very good: croissants, pain au chocolats, madeleines, fresh bread, fruit, cheese, bacon, a well and exclusive breakfast. We will come back to Ibis and visit the beautiful city of Besancon, merci Ibis.
