We loved the room and the entire property, the vibes were very BnB. The room was very spacious and the coffee area in the morning was super cute. The pastries were delicious - we didn't have time to go to the restaurant but it looked fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Extraordinary accommodation, it left a deep impression on us We left with a heavy heart. It provided a real palazzo atmosphere during our stay. The tastefully furnished lobby "gate" opens onto the "rio di San Giovanni Laterano" canal, so you can even get there by city taxi. Of course, you can also get there by land. :-) We always enjoyed watching the gondolas passing by the gate. The rooms have classic Venetian furnishings, but very modern bathrooms. The owner and the staff are extremely kind and helpful, giving useful advice during your stay. We were greeted with coffee and cornetto every morning. There is also an inner courtyard where you can relax under a cool shady tree after your daily walks. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is a bit far from the main tourist routes, but still close to the important sights. We would definitely like to come back here! :-)

Very friendly and helpful owner even though there was some language barrier. Cozy rooms that were cleaned every day. Tasty and fresh breakfasts. Great location (close to the ferry and a beach). Also animal friendly (and there already are friendly animals here).

Very cosy family place. The thing that we liked most was the restaurant with delicious meals, nice prices and authentic design. Apartments and hotel are from same owners and it is family business. And we liked the atmosphere. Very good location not far from Venice for nice price.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we needed somewhere to put our heads down before and early flight. It was extremely good value for money and have everything we needed! The Pizzeria beneath the hotel was so good and the staff were very friendly and informative. Highly recommend for ease of airport and it has free parking!

Super nice lady from reception, she gave us many tips and she even moved her car so I could park motorcycle on best place. We were late but there was not problem with moving check in to 18.30. Room is not large, but there is everything we needed, including efficient air-conditioning. Not far from Venice (30 mins), sweet pastery shop across the street and pizza restaurant few meters away. Reliable wi-fi.
