Such a beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Kyoto but located in a very calm residential street. We finally had a decent spacious and big room (if you have been in Japan you know rooms are super small). Our room here was huge, had all the amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly too.

Nicely renovated japanese house in the old part of town, about 10 minutes from the imperial palace. Toni and his wife are lovely hosts, it felt like we were guests in their home. The shared facilities are clean and good. We stayed in a smart room were everything was connected, very convenient! Warmly recommend.
