Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very very good. The location is the best! Our family and those around us go to dubai at least 2 times a year. I have already talked to everyone in the family that it will be only this hotel after my stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful. you became friends with everyone and felt at home. I have to give a big thanks to Joseph who serves at the pool bar, helpful with everything, he helped us with what we wanted help with right away, this guy is really one of them as stands out, Joseph is going to be something big there as this guy has something beyond that extra. Joseph if you are reading this I just want to thank you my friend you are the best! Also met the hotel owner MR K an incredible man I wish him all the best in everything in life.

An incredible experience from start to finish! From the warm welcome on the first floor to the seamless reception and check-out process, everything was exceptional. The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)

    The location is great. The staff were also so polite and helpful. My room was clean and spacious and very comfy. The bathroom was clean. I loved it so much that when I entered the room there was a music from the TV. it was so welcoming and relaxing did not wnt to stop it. The breakfast was ordinary but nice.

    The hotel was close to transportation which we used to get to the events that we were attending. Our room was very spacious with a lounge area to relax in at the end of the day. The bed was really comfortable and there were 2 showers in the bathroom - fantastic.

    The location for the trade centre was perfect. The residence was spacious and comfortable with excellent bath and shower facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge area was perfect for easy relaxation. Breakfast was excellent as was the cafe that served lunch and dinner. We had dinner on the terrace each night. The service was second to none.
