The manager was so impressive and totally devoted to ensuring that her customers were looked after and every need was catered for quickly. This service was amazing. We loved everything about this hotel! Stunning quality throughout, fantastic facilities. We had an apartment with wood lined features throughout and a lovely balcony. We loved the spa and hot tub: this definitely helped after a long drive. There was free car parking in a spacious car park at the back of the hotel. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.
