We had a really pleasant stay here during our road trip from the UK to Morocco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very practical – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, and when I arranged a door-to-door delivery service to collect it, the team kindly packed it carefully and handed it over to the courier when they came to pick it up. That kind of attention and helpfulness made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free stopover in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again.

What was not like?! The place was spotless and the staff were amazing.

Nothing about this property matched what was advertised. I only liked that I could leave the next morning. It smelled strongly of disinfectant and cigarettes and felt unsafe. The sauna didn’t work, the shower didn’t produce any water at all, the showerhead was broken and left dangling, the control panel was unreadable and worn out, the room had no TV signal or working channels, several fittings were damaged or aged, and the overall condition did not match the listing or price paid.

Spacious room with big comfortable beds. Toilets has 2 separate basin, very convenient. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly; breakfast spread was good. Hotel is walking distance to Palace, Xmas markets and shopping belts.

Studio 6 is absolutely lovely. Kitchen has everything you might (or might not) need from cutlery to hand mixer. Micellar water and cotton pads in the bathrooom were a nice touch. There is a quick manual for all the appliances which i very much appreciated. Everything was perfectly clean and stylish. I could only stay one night but hope to come back next time i'll be in Madrid.
