The hostel owner was incredibly kind and considerate! As a female Muslim, I was probably the only woman staying there at the time, and he seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort and safety. He even went out of his way to check on me and make sure everything was okay—such a thoughtful gesture. The bed and comforter were beyond my expectations! I’ve stayed in many places, but this was by far one of the most comfortable setups I’ve had. It felt like a little slice of heaven after a long day of exploring. The hostel itself is semi-built, but I can already tell that once it’s finished, it’s going to be one of the nicest places to stay. I also left my luggage there for a few days, and the owner took great care of it for me until I returned. I can’t express how grateful I am for his hospitality. I’ve been delaying writing this review as it deserves some time and more than just a 5 star rating. I don't know where to begin to describe how wonderful this place is. In pictures looked very nice, but when we got there and saw it in person was next level. It honestly felt like we were on vacation in another country. We stayed in mid-August, at the "Cascade" apartment (I highly recommend to pay more to have the terrace, which by the way has a lot of forest in front of it and a stream that provides an incomparable sensation of tranquility.) As for the interior of the apartment, everything is taken care of in detail. You have everything you could need and with a modern, practical and beautiful decoration. It’s super clean aswell. We also asked to add an special decor on the room (heart balloons, petals etc, all put together beautiful when we arrived!), and booked a hot tub cabin, which is available for you to go freely from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The way back at night from the cabin to the apartment is just magical. We also highly value privacy, and we didn't see anyone from the other apartments in the entire stay other than the receptionist when we did the check in. (The attention of the lady at the reception was also excellent. Very professional, respectful and friendly) This place has been an amazing find. We will definitely be back and I will recommend it to everyone I know. Very happy. Thank you.

Central location, beautiful decor in the lobby and in the room, great staff very helpful with all questions or requests, everything worked great, very nice smelling shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, clean room and new water/tea/coffee every day, and pretty good value for money (at the time of booking this historic 4* hotel was almost the same price as the Yotel down the street...so for £150 more for a week's stay we got a bathroom with real walls instead of a plastic divider, and enough space around 3 sides of the massive bed...very happy to recommend!
