The smooth check in and check out was excellent. You are very much left to it, however should you need any help with anything it is there when you require it and recieved warmly. The cottages are all very well placed and give the feeling of privacy as well as comfort in lovely surroundings. The bed was incredibly comfortable

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast, plenty of choice. Beautiful spacious bedroom and surprisingly very quiet, such a comfortable bed. Fantastic location walking distance of everything. I loved the place so much that intend to return to Bath again just to stay here. The staff really made this stay a memorable one.

Location!!!! Informative check in information. Prompt response by hosts. Well furnished and very spacious. Great location, we are both from rural Wiltshire originally. We thought that it was such a nice touch to have the hot tub on the timer and also a lovely bottle of bubbly in the fridge to welcome us. Very easy to find and convenient for us to meet up with old friends in Trowbridge.
