First of all, I would like to thank the reception staff for doing everything to organize a wonderful vacation for us. They were very helpful and kind-hearted. First of all, the room was very clean and cosy. The location is not too far from the center of Nikiti. Secondly, the host is very nice and friendly and eager to help in case you need something. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, microwave, electric stove in case you come with a one-two year old child.

The villa is amazing. It’s brand new, very spacious, comfortable beds, AC in every room, fully equipped ( you only need clothes 😃) pool has a jacuzzi function which was a nice surprise. 3 minutes away from an excellent supermarket and less than 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants. House is very clean and the host is really friendly and comes quickly if needed. We lost electricity one time and he came for less than 20 minutes.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the villa. One of the previous reviews mentioned that the views and the property are even more beautiful in person than in the photos—and that couldn’t be more true. The villa was easy to find, and we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who gave us a brief tour upon arrival. The fridge was fully stocked, and thoughtful amenities were provided—everything from slippers to a spare toothbrush—covering all the little things you might forget to pack. The entire property is arranged with great care and attention to detail. With two pools, ambient lighting, and convenient parking, it felt like every corner was designed to enhance relaxation. Whether you're having a morning coffee or an evening drink, there are several spots around the villa to enjoy the moment. Honestly, the only downside is that once more people discover this place, it might become harder to book the slot you want.

Friendly, kind staff and perfect capacity planning so there are always enough lounge chairs, space at the pool and at the sea. Really comfortable beds.

    The place is wonderful. Extremely nice, clean and spacious rooms and very comfortable. The hosts are gorgeous, extremely kind. The jacuzzi was also very clean. It was quiet and relaxing and very close to the port and tavernas. We would happily visit again.
