Overall, we had such a great stay. The staff were so friendly and helped with anything that we asked. We were a big group all arriving and leaving on varying days and it was the perfect accommodation for this. The rooms varied in size, my double ensuite was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed. The pool area is very comfortable and a really lovely place to sit and relax, I would definitely recommend and return if ever in the area again.

The staff were superb. We were greeted by Carlos and the team with such a warm welcome. We were able to check-in early and had a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. Throughout orlur stay Carlos and Co. were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a stroll into town and the hotel occupies a proud position at the top of the hill. The star of the show here is the spa. A subterranean grotto of luxury unearthed in 2010 and transformed into a breathtaking experiential wellness centre. Included in our stay was an exclusive 2-hour traditional roman spa circuit and it was incredible. Thank you, Carlos and team for making our visit so unforgettable. We will be back!

I spent my amazing new year here. All the facility are so clean. The owner and her family are so friendly and always make sure that I get the best experience during the stay. Even though my Italian is like a baby, all the conversation works well and I feel a lot of warm from their smiling and kindness!

    Everything about it! the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice and antique touches and furnishing. Really good local breakfast spread. The property is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the Umbrian countryside. Good jacuzzi bath and garden to relax. And to the most amazing and friendly host Cassandra, Grazie Mille!     Cassandra was a very friendly and helpful host. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with many delicious sweet and savoury options, and espresso drinks made to order. The suite was clean, spacious and cool, with a comfortable bed and chairs to relax in. The garden was beautiful with its trees and shrubs and string of lights, and in the evening we saw fireflies!

    Fabulous location just a short walk from spello centre. Very friendly welcome by the lovely lady host on reception. I used the pool which was cold but lovely to relax by after lots of days driving. Didn’t pay the extra for the spa, maybe if I stayed more than one night. Great breakfast, accommodating for dairy free dietary req :)
