This place is incredible, I have never stayed at a hotel with so many amenities and extras. It is really pleasant, the room was so well equipped and relaxing. I have never stayed anywhere like this before, we loved it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how clean and tidy everything was, and the view was pretty, especially at night. Vending machines for drinks and free ice from the ice machine 😂 Very close to chiba minato station.Right next to a 7 Eleven 😊

Great communication from the owner with instructions and house details. Spacious 2 floor traditional home. Toilet in bathroom, shower room separate with drying room for laundry. Spacious 2 bedrooms upstairs with futons. Oldest son used the room downstairs with the heated floor mat. Full kitchen facilities and dining area. The local area is super-super quiet so wouldn't recommend for noisy children. We enjoyed the peaceful serenity and quirky decor. A bit of a walk (~15mins) up hills to restaurants, train station and conbini. We enjoyed the stay as our final night before we left to Narita for home.

Amazing building large and spacious and very clean the landlady was very kind and caring and helpful, very close to the train station and many shops and restaurants, great for exploring in the countryside and seeing the less busy shrines that are stunning for pictures.

Really nice apartment near Sakura town station. Had a great meal nearby at a little bistro. Kids loved the tatami room.

We love the arrangement of our beds which matched perfectly to what we need (2 adults and 2 kids). All staffs are extremely polite, happy and helpful at all times. The rooms are also maintained daily which helped us focus on enjoying our vacation. Our daughter loved the kimono/bathrobe that she would like to take it home.
