The best place I have ever stayed! The entire experience oozed luxury. From start to finish, we were amazed. The staff were incredible, there to make sure we had the best time and catered to our every need. Our room, the restaurants, all the facilities were perfect. Truly a secret paradise and there aren’t enough words to do this place justice. You must experience it for yourself.

The hotel was incredible and staff fabulous. The butlers in villa70 went above and beyond to help make it a special experience, a huge thank you to all the team in Capricho restaurant (the breakfast and lunch service so special) and I would recommend upgrading to the premium experience, Ivan around the pool really looked after us and it's really worth it for all the added benefits.

This is an incredible and unique experience. The treehouses and nicely crafted, cozy and clean. Beds are comfortabl, water from the shower is warm and with good pressure. Overall, the facilities are beautiful. The treehouse 1 has a bonus observation tower which you can climb at your own risk, and was beautiful to do stargazing and watch the sunrise, as you have a 360 view of the jungle. We had little time there and ended up not having the breakfast in the morning. The owner prepared a simple, yet delicious dinner for us for 400 mxn each, including salad, main dish and dessert. Would recommend to those that appreciate unique accommodation experiences ir just want to relax surrounded by nature. The jungle sounds in the evening are beautiful.

The staff were exceptional!!!! They did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We got a room upgrade for our anniversary and booked a romantic dinner with them which was beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile! We had a junior suite with direct beach access and whirlpool. The room was great and super comfortable. You don't need to book a table at any of the restarants and the buffet is big and easy to find something for everyone to like.

I have been to the Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different hotels, twice at El Dorado Royale, once at at Valentin Imperial, once at an all inclusive in Cancun Hotel area but can’t remember the name. I usually go as a couple and we spend a bit more, this time I brought my mum and gran and so I payed the bill but I still wanted a similar or same experience, I was hesitant to book this hotel as it had more mixed reviews but overall was cheaper then the others and after thorough reading I decided to give this a go. I have to say there is not a lot to worry about! and totally worth it, definitely good value. if you are someone that is used to extremely good service you may be a bit annoyed that the golf cart to take you to your room takes 10mins rather than immediate or that the app to book the a la Carte restaurants isn’t great, if you are a bit like that and complain about the smallest of things go somewhere else that costs a bit more. Overall I believe it was really good value, there are three hotels in one, two large areas with pools, and one that has a kid area. It’s a bit of an eco hotel, so there’s a lot of iguanas, tropical birds, Coatis, Sereques and we even spotted some racoons late at night, if you or your kids love animals and nature this is the most ‘at nature’ I felt in all the resorts. In this hotel there are a lot more Buffets than others which is also great for eating what you want when you want and running back to the pool or beach. The drinks are better at other resorts but beer was good and spirit+mixer, cocktails were a bit hit and miss but who cares. A lot of the restaurants were fully booked when we arrived for the weekend, such as the Japanese, but we just booked something else and we were impressed, the food at El Dorado Royale is amazing, here it is really good, but if you don’t mind paying more then the other one is better for food.

    Cozy and green hotel area with lots of birds and funny animals. The service was excellent and friendly. The evening program was of high quality and the a la carte restaurants had excellent food. The buffet food was also good and the tables were overflowing with different dishes. The renovated Premium Superior room was wonderful. It was spacious and functional and had two bathrooms/toilets. The hotel was close to Akumal's turtle beach, where we went snorkeling. Historical sites and cenotes are also easily accessible from this hotel.
