The apartment was lovely and spacious, it was very homely and warm during the winter in Tromso. It comes with a sauna and Jacuzzi, be aware it can take 5 or so hours to re fill the Jacuzzi as it is large which is understandable. The sauna was perfect and very easy to set the desired temperature and it heats up very quickly. Reception was very helpful with any queries we had.

This was an exceptional stay and it was a really pleasant experience for us! We have spent 1 week in the apartment, and even though it is small, it is super cozy and fully equipped. It was our "koselig" stay! Warm floor in the bathroom adds extra comfort during the winter nights in Norway :) The spot is to the north of the city, so you have a perfect view of Auroras during the night right outside your house! Just to clarify, I would still suggest to book an aurora chase trip to get outside of the city completely and fully enjoy the view, but we had a perfect opportunity to watch the sky dancing for us every single night!

It was located in a perfect place where you can get to bus stops nearby. And there were some gift shops and many restaurants so that you can choose to go and browse. But the most wonderful point is you can see northern light in front of the hotel and take pics there ! Not only its location, but the staff were very kind as well. I wish I could stay there longer. I do recommend this hotel for everyone.

Breakfast was a good varied selection, I only wish there were some full size pastries like croissant. Pretty much had everything else you could think of! Very very accommodating staff, nicely located, and the spa was impeccable. Great help for suggestions with activities and booking them

Absolutely loved every second!! Morten was extremely helpful and knowledgeable excellent location, we had moose dear and horses roaming around wild which was amazing to see. We experienced the northern lights for hour upon hours and got some great photos outside and from inside the dome. Previous reviews don't do this place justice, it is remote do research before coming we got a taxi from tromso very easily there and back. The dome will get cold in the night but not if you keep on top of the fire being lit, it's -5-10-15 outside at times if you use common sense you'll have An amazing experience. We were a family of 4, easily accommodated us all, we cooked our own food from the well stocked kitchen.

We like the modern and Norwegian style of this villa, with a very nice view and a really comfortable living room, the quality and top modern kitchen. Lots of kitchen facilities, modern bathrooms, the laundry room is very convenient, and if lucky we can see the Northern light direct from the living room! We also liked the private parking space right in front of our villa entrance.
