We had a short stay with very last minute booking on public holiday because our other booking got cancelled. Super fast response from host & very detailed instructions on how to find the place. (Which is super easy, close to town center) Beautiful comfy house with all the infrastructures we need. Host also prepared breakfast like milk, eggs, toasts, ham, veggies and snacks just make us feel like home. With good price as well! all our family is super happy thanks for saving our holiday :)

What a fantastic surprise this stay ended up being. We booked it during our travels for a quick place to stop at after visiting Hobbiton and on our way to Auckland without expecting much. However, the old world charm, the excellently maintained hot springs, and the delicious dinner were all great surprises.

Excellent choice off the beaten track, ideal place to spend four nights visiting the local area. Owner works really hard and is friendly and helpful. Husband also has a good sense of humour. Breakfast provisions were excellent and the surrounding gardens are a real pleasure to wander around and wake up to each morning.
