What I particularly loved about this hotel are the extra services they offer to the guests. They clearly have the guest in mind -- from the free walking tours, to massage to snacks at the lobby -- certainly going beyond the extra mile. The staff was wonderful, very engaging and would have always something to talk about with the guest, not stiff but very naturally friendly. The location is not in the very busy part of Lisbon but a very short walking distance to the site, so it's very nice to wake up in the morning to some quiet time. We got a large room more than enough space to open our two big luggages, and additional shopping. It had a small balcony that looks out to the street, I enjoyed having my coffee from there in the early morning just as the city is about to wake up. The bed was very comfortable, the toilet and bath was huge. Perhaps my only comment would be the shower area where you have to step into a tub and there was not a hand rail to hold on to, just the swinging glass partition. It wasn't a bother to me but might be an issue for senior citizens. (the music in the shower and the changing lights were a pleasant surprise, nice to play the relaxing music while taking the shower). Breakfast was very good, and the wait staff/servers very efficient and very good, really kudos to them! They add to the wonderful experience in this hotel. The old city walls in the hotel basement was amazing! Imagine having part of history just below the hotel, we had originally intended to enjoy some drinks there because it looked so cozy and we just wanted to take in the beauty of the place, but sadly, we didn't have much time. At least I have something to look forward to next time. I really really highly recommend this hotel!

This is the perfect place to call home while on vacation. It has all of the amenities needed and the apartment was decorated very nicely and had very comfortable furniture. The host met us and gave a thorough walkthrough of the apartment. The breakfast that was included was great - it arrives fresh from an off site catering company daily. The apartment is close walking distance to the main downtown shopping area, and it’s a quick Uber to other locations. The closest parking lot is about a 5 minute walk, but is very expensive (72€ for 2 days). There may be cheaper parking elsewhere.

Cosy and new apartments, extremely clean, delicious food, polite staff, small but nice sauna and swimming pool- jacuzzi. Only 6 km by taxi to beautiful beach. I was at winter time, but still i liked my stay at this hotel with New Year tree and amazing decor

Excellent breakfast buffet with particularly helpful staff. Spacious public areas, including sports bar and lounge. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as well. Although slightly out of the centre, the walk is not too far and the metro is close by.
