I liked the hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, large with beautiful pools. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would especially praise Mr. Almaz for his guest relations, the waiters in the lobby bar, the waiters at the night snack and the lifeguards at the children's pool. What I liked the most was the beach with sun loungers, the pier, the sauna in the spa, the heated children's pool with slides.

We have been with the family, kids, grandparents, uncle and aunt, and we all enjoyed everything, from food to pools to waterslides and beach, its amazing that the private beach has also a place to eat and bar too, just right there, the walking distance is not far at all, around 10 minutes, the shuttle bus comes and goes every half hour 🥰 The evening entertainment it's really cool also the kids disco and kids club was a hit! We loved it!

Hotel was absolutely fantastic. It has great facilities and plenty of things to do. The rooms were very spacious with everything to make your stay comfortable. The food was always fresh with plenty of options. The facilities are so big and well administered that there is never cue for anything. But, the best part is the staff. Everyone is absolutely great, from the lady preparing the breakfast to the waitress and the hotel manager. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday with everything at hand for us all.

We stayed for a weekend getaway without small kids. The territory is compact, but there’s a running path around the hotel and a gym. The spa was excellent — clean, modern, good hammam, and massage, although pricey as expected. We really appreciate the hygienic approach in the restaurant: food is served behind glass by staff wearing gloves, and everything is kept very clean. Public areas, including restrooms, were clean. We were sitting more or less at the same table in the main restaurant and the staff memorised our choice of drinks, that was lovely! Rooms are decorated in a modern style — a great choice for those who don’t like the traditional Turkish decor. The beach was clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Despite some moments when there was loud music coming from the different stands. Some observations for travellers: The sea entrance is not ideal for small children — it gets deep quickly, and the first steps into the water are over broken shells, which makes it impossible to sit or play in the water. Most guests were Russian or Turkish, and Russian music was common — not a problem for us, but may not suit everyone. We didn’t attend the entertainment shows, so we can’t comment on them. We will consider this hotel for future short stays, but with my toddler, I will go for a different hotel.

Hello, We would like to add our positive feedback to this pleasant place. We met our expectations about the cozy, modern room, nice garden with a grill, basic equipment for quick cooking. Everything works perfectly, we appreciate delicious breakfasts to have on our room, which include all you can imagine to eat in the morning. 1. The proximity to the airport is a big plus 2. Wonderful facilities especially if you have kids. The waterpark is great. 3. The overall service was very pleasant, my wife and I wanted for nothing. 4. The food was fantastic where ever we ate, with so many cuisines to choose from. 5. The lifeguards at the water park, pool and beach were very alert and active, I was very impressed with all of them. 6. The steam shower in the room was fantastic for me and the in-room jacuzzi.

Very attentive service, clean and incredible interior and decor of the whole hotel and room. Amazing room - we stayed in the deluxe room. It has jaquzzi bath as well as a powerful shower. Lots of places to drink and eat on site. Great facilities including indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach area with sun loungers, bowling, lounge area for drinks, lobby area to sit, shops etc.

Everything was good, property clean, spacious rooms attentive staff. The food was different every day and was tasty good quality food! The spa was amazing so relaxing plus there’s a lot of free stuff to do in the spa which includes sauna, steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi and access to the Hamam where you can wash up. I like to thank Ahmet the friendly waiter, Elmira from guest relations and most importantly Sena from the kids club she was so caring for our children and we felt extremely comfortable when we left our children there.

In the hotel territory there is plenty of space for everyone to take sunbathing privately. Food and alcoholic drinks were at good quality. Not so many russians stayed at least at that times in the hotel- good

The resort had absolutely everything and more. Towels are provided at the poolside. The layout is so spacious with lots of different areas for sunbathing. You never felt the resort was overcrowded. The gardens & swimming pools are amazing. Staff are constantly cleaning & are so helpful. So many things to do for all ages. Choice of restaurants is great so you don’t get fed up. Food was really good. The resort suits all age groups - young and old. I will definitely be back.

They had all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Everything was kept clean and I especially loved the outdoor pools and the gym. The beach was also really nice and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The hamman and massage you can pay for is also really good. Wi-Fi was suberb even at the outdoor spaces.
