This hotel was fantastic! Allll the staff and managers were extremely attentive and go above to greet you, learn your name and treat you like your the only one on the resort! The beach service was exceptional, with daily watermelon delivery, water, teas, included ice cream options! Their hamman Turkish spa experience was nice to have in the hotel!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door to the sad moment when I had to check out, I was overwhelmed by the hospitable atmosphere and incredible service. The room was elegantly decorated, clean, and comfortable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible. From the impressive breakfast, dinner buffet to the pool area, every moment was filled with joy and comfort. I can't wait to return and recommend this hotel to everyone I know. There is a lot of happening for kids - ateliers, kids disco, kids pool etc. The restaurant provides a wide choice of dishes, lots of salads, always a selection of meat / fish / poultry. Coffee bar is lovely, cocktails are fine. There is wi fi at the beach. We loved every day of our stay. The spa offers excellent massages.

    The Friday night Masquerade party night entertainment was spectacular with superb support from the animation team particularly Hasan and Halil helped dance the night away mixing with everyone. The pool loungers were plentiful and clean, the pool bar staff very attentive big thanks to Mehmet for his expertise in mixing cocktails. We enjoyed the Spa centre too although only one time. Finally the restaurants were spotlessly clean and the choice and quality of food second to none.

    Great stay, room a little tired, but nothing to really complain of, but comfortable made up for in space and much better than I imagined, 3 great balconies and loads of storage space , comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, great dressing room as well, mini bars x 2. Resort is huge , swimming pools fantastic and so much to do.Al a cartes amazing, beach fantastic, so many great facilities
