The staff as usual was very friendly and helpful. I really like this place, the mineral water pool was very good quality pool. I stayed with my 1 year old baby son, he enjoyed as much as me. The kids play room is full of various different toys, there is plenty to enjoy.

The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

Great apartment, everything you could need to stay for a week was provided! Spacious and clean. It was a lovely base for when we returned from skiing. Our host was great, contacting us pre-arrival and helping with recommendations and any questions we had during our stay. The spa access was also a highlight.

The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. SPA is so luxury addition. It was nice to spend a few hours there after hiking.The location was incredible.
