Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. The overall hotel is massive with incredible amenities, a true all-inclusive with everything you need to a have a terrific, stress-free stay. Having our own private Cabana within the Royal Club was a tremendous perk and something we really enjoyed. Our two favourite restaurants were the Indian and outdoor picnic BBQ experience; both top notch and not to be missed. This was our first experience travelling to Egypt and the Red Sea resort areas, we would not hesitate to come back or recommend to others.

All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

Hurghada International Airport is 20 km from Bellagio Beach Resort & SPA. Hurghada’s city centre is just 15-minute drive away. We had an amazing stay! The room and facilities were perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There was plenty of food and beverages available throughout the day, and the animations were fantastic. Every day brought a new theme party or show, keeping things exciting. A special thanks to the kids' room staff, Marina and Shuru, who made our vacation unforgettable by engaging and entertaining our children so wonderfully! Also, huge thanks to Omar from the administration staff for promptly answering and arranging all our requests—he made everything so much easier for us!
