Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. We also dined at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious food paired with the most breathtaking view of the Pyramids. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We can’t wait to come back to Cairo, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to the Pyramids!
