Their staff is so so friendly and made sure all my queries were taken care of. I was staying alone and it was my first time in Palma but I felt safe and comfortable here for a whole week!

Breakfast and dinner was really good with a big selection to satisfy all preferences. Food fresh and tasty, also well presented.

The hotel has so many additional spaces. I’m over satisfied. We booked room for 3 people with 2 beds and sofa. But they give us for free one extra bed, which was super nice

The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Fantastic! Both the scenery and the hotel rooms and public areas are just amazing, far exceeding expectations. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the outdoor swimming pool and the sea view! The view from the rooftop swimming pool is even better, with a wide-open view. The coastal walkway is very clean and there is a kind of plant with a sweet fragrance. The air is very good. There are a wide variety of breakfast options and the quality is excellent! We had lunch and dinner at the hotel's poolside restaurant. The view of the sea here is just amazing! It's much more beautiful than many popular scenic restaurants. The ingredients are all very fresh. It's just superb!

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The property was amazing. All of the staff was fabulous. The room was comfortable and clean and all of the wonderful seating areas inside and out made it extra special. The breakfast was delicious every morning with lots and lots of choices. We found the spa area really lovely and the location perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend it

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. Hotel is better than in the pictures, the staff is very attentive, the main pool is great. We loved the food, it was very diverse. It’s very close to the beach. We had bali deluxe room and our bed was huge and room had everything you need or may need. The hotel never looked like it’s super crowded, neither on the pool, neither in the restaurant. Generally, we’re very satisfied.

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. Can’t fault it l! From the moment we arrived we were greated with a smile check in was smooth and fast , up to the room which was impeccably clean and spacious with a lovely little balcony so we could have a cigarette. Pool area and staff in the bar area were amazing , friendly and bloody good at their job! Food wise again spoilt for choice in both breakfast and dinner everything was on point well done guys you’ve smashed it there 🙏👏
