We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

The villa features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Ushangi, the onwer welcomed us late in the night, was very nice, helped us with our luggage, early morning the view was amazing! They made delicious khachapuri and pancakes for they breakfast, and their restaurant was available till night, the place and facilities all worth the visit and the stay, I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to visit it again soon

At Miramare Magnetic Beach Hotel every room includes bed linen and towels. Hotel is new and very fresh, personnel is very friendly and helpful. There was a little misunderstanding regarding the room that I booked so they upgraded our room to much bigger one free of charge which was a really nice gesture.

One advice which not related to the hotel : i recommend to come from Borjomi side not Batumi side for better road.

The hotel offers spa facilities, indoor pool tennis court and a fitness centre. amazing location overlooking the sea. you can see batumi and the snow covered mountains. the building has a very cool kind of art deco vibe. big rooms and huge bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay and we will definitely go back.
