We had housekeeping everyday which was amazing. It is located in the perfect location with local restaurants that is open 24/7, the caldera views, restaurants with the caldera view nearby, local clothing shops. Our host Eleftheria was also extremely accommodating and always there whenever we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend this hotel suite if you want something easily accessible, affordable, comfortable, and to have a safe stay.

The aparthotel provides a spa experience, with its hot tub, spa facilities and wellness packages. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. The hotel is modern and clean, well located a short walk from the bars and restaurants of Fira and the service was incredible I recommend having the breakfast which for €15 euros each was really good value. There’s a different menu everyday and they bring it up to your room. It was a huge spread and we ate it out on the balcony. The staff were great. Really helpful and really communicative. Helped us rent an ATV on one of the days and took all of the hassle out of it. There is a car park right next to the hotel which was ideal to be able to leave it.
