Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. This hotel has something special 🙂. One of the best overall pleasent stay and expiriance i had. Maybe is just Hong Kong vibe, but somehow all about thisn hotel and stay was just perfect. Hotel location is 9/10 and very close to all you need, view from the partial harbor room is amazing, same as service in hotel. Will return back in Octobar.

I would like to thank the entire W HK team, especially Pauline and Shirley, who made my stay one of the most pleasant experiences in HK. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist my needs and gave me great local recommendations. Housekeeping were incredible and their personalised gestures were warmly received. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. We are lucky to stay in many 5-star establishments everywhere, and I admit to having been impressed several times by The Peninsula Hong Kong. The pickup service and Juliette's warm reception were perfect and we immediately understood that this hotel is unique. Offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour from its large windows, each room offers comfortable beds covered with 400-thread count linens and feather pillows. The private bathroom comes with a separate rainshower and a bathtub. A flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Nespresso machine are all included. This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
