The location is quiet, the facilities amazing, the gardens so beautiful and the best of all is the staff, friendly, lovely, always ready to help and support fir anything, they made us to feel like at home.

Staff is just wonderful (it's a common note in most of the Bali island, the people are just super nice). Food was great, i actually found my all time favorite "healthy food" - you've got to try the Avocado Tartar :-)

Everything was perfect, the facilities, the pool, the dorm room was spacious enough, the shared bathroom and shower rooms, the events at the hostel, the delicious breakfast, the staff, the location!

An outdoor infinity pools and jacuzzi provide scenic views of the surrounding coffee trees, rice fields and mountains. The resort also boasts its own spa, restaurants. This has to be one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had (and I have been lucky enough to stay at some pretty amazing hotels). The quality of everything from the kind and helpful staff to the luxurious amenities, delicious food and great little freebies…I was blown away. We were made to feel so special, they have really thought of everything here. It’s in the most beautiful location and slightly more temperate than some of the more touristy areas - it was amazing to escape the hustle and bustle to come to this oasis. I cannot recommend this place enough. PS: Do yourself a favour and book the tasting menu at their restaurant!

Suites and villas offer a hot tub with ocean views. Our entire stay at the hotel was perfect, from arrival to the last day. The hotel is perfectly positioned right next to the beach, with a large garden full of palm trees and tropical plants and a large infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean and direct access to the beach and ocean with the possibility of surfing (or at least watching others surf). The entire complex is carefully maintained and is in line with Bali culture while on the other hand providing all the amenities of modern times. The service at the hotel is excellent, personalized. From the first day, the staff remembers the names of the guests and approaches them with a smile and tries to fulfill all their needs. We are especially grateful to Nika and Utama who made our stay especially pleasant from breakfast to spending time by the pool. The hotel is located in the center of Seminyak and is within walking distance of the best restaurants and exciting shopping (very convenient). The hotel also provides a transfer service to and from the airport as well as organizing excursions (through an agency) or tailor-made excursions according to the wishes of the guests with a private driver. Here I must highlight and praise the customer service person who took care of us from the first day and took over the organization and coordination of all our wishes. Wonderful Uma is a person from whom many other hotels should learn how to treat guests! Uma was available even when she had a day off and was our guardian angel! many thanks for all the days and dedication she showed. The hotel offers a spa and gym (although the gym is a bit too air-conditioned and cold), a couple of restaurants, one of which has a wonderful view of the beach and an unforgettable sunset. also a perfectly positioned hall for smaller weddings or private parties located above the ocean creates dream scenes. Seminyak beach resort and spa is a hotel that I would choose again for my accommodation.
