This small but thoughtful gesture immediately set the tone for a highly attentive and hospitable service throughout our stay. The hotel lobby features a charming little shop, a 24-hour coffee machine, and during specific times, complimentary desserts and wine are served — a delightful touch that made us feel pampered. Our room was exceptional: traditional yet luxurious, with an electric fireplace adding a cozy atmosphere. The private open-air bath on the balcony, overlooking Mount Fuji, was an extraordinary experience. We stayed in a Mt room (Mt. 6) but I think all the mountainside rooms would be similar. Amenities include pajamas, lounge wear, Uniqlo warm insulated rain coats (when it’s cold), rubber clogs (like crocs) to wear outside. In room modern coffee grinder and kettle. Amazing and full breakfast brought to your room. This place has its own winery. Very peaceful and relaxing here even if Mt Fuji view areas are crowded with tour buses. We highly recommend.
