We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the attention and care given by Mr. Majith and other staff members: kind, available and anticipating any needs (despite we were with kids!). Breakfast was also exceptional along with the view. My kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi as well. Unfortunately our schedule was quite busy and we couldn’t enjoy the pool and its fantastic view.

It was a beautiful experience staying at this home stay. The room was clean and very comfy. The host was very welcoming and sweet, it felt very good to support the local family. The breakfast was very tasty. Nine Arch Bridge is 10 min hiking, Little Adam's Peak - 20 mins. Perfect location.

Guests can take in the views of the lake from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Very comfortable separate house with a great view and all facilities. It is a perfect place to relax on weekends, enjoy the silence and beautiful nature. The owner is very nice and helpful young lady and she cooked for us tasty breakfasts. We totally felt at home in this place.

Guests may relax in the on-site lounge, while packed lunches are also available upon request. We had the most perfect two nights at Hapu Tales. Muni goes above and beyond as a host, and her team put so much effort into making it a relaxing and comfortable place to stay; every detail has been thought of and the team were so helpful and friendly, we really felt like we were staying with friends. We had all of our meals in and the food was brilliant, authentic Sri Lankan cuisine with lots of flavour. The location is brilliant for exploring the beautiful surrounding sites but definitely make sure you stay long enough to take the time to relax by the pool or on the terrace with the breathtaking views. We stayed two nights and were sad to leave - it’s the perfect place to recharge and relax.
