We were greeted with a shot of Tequila and staff drove us to a restaurant and then picked us up. They had to make 3 trips each way for all of us. I can't say enough kind words to the front counter staff. We were all hugging them when left. This is a stunning hotel with a nice restaurant next door. We're staying longer next time. The stuff in the hotel did everything for us and we felt as really exceptional guests. This place is just spotless - you can feel like in a winery in Tuscany. It was the best spot in our whole Mexico trip. The only thing we regretted was that our staying there was too short.
