Personal went above and beyond on check in, prepared apartment, heated it and put extra towels. Breakfast was very various, big choices, everything fresh delicious. Nice light restaurant and good furnished. Parking underground. Nice staff in restaurant. Everybody welcoming and friendly. Thank everyone who make this place so good. The value for money was truly incredible – far beyond what we experienced elsewhere on our trip. The spa was beautiful and relaxing, and the breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. After spending nearly a week in Bulgaria and before that in Romania, there is simply no comparison – the quality of hotels in Serbia, and especially here at Villa Borowa, is on a completely different level. Everything exceeded our expectations. I was traveling with my family and our two small children, and we all felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were kind and attentive, the facilities were spotless, and the whole atmosphere was perfect. I can’t recommend Villa Borowa highly enough – it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
