The husband and wife who own the hotel were incredibly kind and hospitable. Knowing we had an early flight, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for us so we wouldn't leave hungry. They even sent us a WhatsApp message with local tips and a list of things to do in the area. I truly can't recommend this place enough—it's a solid 20/10!

Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

Everything is perfect in this resort. This was the best decision to choose Xanadu. You have a lot of pools, the food is great, my family had a wonderful time here. For sure we will come again.
