We got really sick on our second day and the staff went the extra mile when we asked for extra towels, water and ice. Nothing was too much for them. When we asked to extend our stay (even though I think they were close to fully booked) they did it with no complaints and ensured we could stay in the same room too. The location is great too, so close to the beach and was quiet.

From our gorgeous, spacious suite to breakfast and superb cocktails, staff and service, we were delighted with every aspect. Thang made the BEST cocktails we’ve had in Vietnam in 4 weeks and was extremely professional and friendly. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where the reality is so much better than the photos. The garden is absolutely stunning, the view breathtaking, and everything is incredibly peaceful. The staff were kind, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. The only downside for us was the beds — they were quite hard, and we had some trouble sleeping because of that. But overall, this place is a gem. Highly recommended.
