The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean. The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us. Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-) We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Would defo stay again 🙏♥️

Hong Hanh one of the hosts was kind enough to make good recommendations and even take us to the family food stand outside the village. It was a wonderful and unique experience. We were also fortunate to have them help us with laundry, tours and airport pickup. Totally recommend it!
