I recently stayed at the Marriott Marquis, Jewel of the Creek, Dubai, to celebrate a special occasion, and it was a truly memorable experience. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and you can tell that attention to detail was a priority. The ambiance is both luxurious and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Andrew Jamal, the Duty Manager, who personally checked in on us when we had a concern. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and made us feel valued as guests. His approach truly turned our experience around, and we appreciate his outstanding support. We also loved the M Club, the coffee stations, and the relaxing spaces around the hotel. It was our first time staying here, and although we encountered a minor issue, the level of service and hospitality definitely makes us want to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a classy stay in the heart of Dubai.
