- amazing service from everyone at the hotel including the front desk, the cleaning staff and valet station outside. Everyone was kind and always ready to help. We really appreciate everyone for the exceptional work they are doing to provide guests with the best possible service. - The apartment was exceptionally clean and organized. It was cleaned every day and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals in the apartment if needed. Everything listed in the booking was provided in the apartment (hairdryer, iron, cosmetics). - The location was great. It was a short car ride to most places in the city, but also quiet enough to rest peacefully. The view from the rooms and the balcony was amazing.

The location was beautiful, very easy to access and get to the Burj and Dubai Mall…the hotel design is simply beautiful, so easy on the eyes and everything about the design and stay was so comforting. 100% would come back again. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, especially the breakfast on the 2nd floor restaurant
