The hotel is placed in a futuristic area. Even if it's a little bit far from the city center (1 hour to Dubai Mall with metro) and 45 minutes with taxi from the aeroport, but you have the metro station 5 minutes walking. Only for the amazing breakfast, the hotel should be placed to a 4* stars hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean every day, lots of amenities, fresh bottle of water daily, the oud smell and the great space in the reception.. all 👍 The Dom feels like avatar scene, really cool. You can buy a pass for visiting the Expo 2020. Definitely, I would choose this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Cheval Maison Expo Dubai. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The housekeeper was consistently thorough and attentive, ensuring the apartment was always spotless and well-maintained. The reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I can highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Dubai.

Very nice hotel, both architecturally and environmentally (magnificent golf course and paradisiac gardens). Although located quite far from Dubai downtown, but easily accessible thanks to the free shuttles, it is full of such a multitude of activities (water sports, golf, beach, restaurants, bars, horse riding,…) that time flies too fast. A huge thanks to all the staff who are eminently helpful, dedicated and respectful of each of their customers ! A very special “thank you” to : - Reception team : remarkably professional and welcoming. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to satisfy the slightest need or fix a possible problem. Thank you so much SARAH 🌹🌺 - Concierge team : a first class service that assists you without you even having to ask. Thanks a lot BAMBO and GULAM (I hope to see you at Tomorrowland 😉). - Cleaning staff : very picky and attentive. Congratulations and thank you for the realization of folding towels 🤩. - Restaurants : wonderful team ! the chefs prepare quality delightful food and hostesses and waiters are very helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel, especially if you have a night flight and need to get to the airport fast. We got some compliments for the kid as soon as we arrived. I would like to thank the front officer Talha who welcomed us with love and care and gave us the best he had! It was an excellent stay!
