It is an absolutely stunning view from there of the valleys, mountains, multiple rivers converging, the many many iterations of Rozafa Castle itself, and Shkoder Lake beyond. If coming by car it's better to leave the car at the lower...
If coming by car it's better to leave the car at the lower parking (near the souvenir shops) than to drive all the way up to the ticket booth because the way is narrow, steep and slippery and there is no guarantee you'll find a parking place there. Even if there are no too many things to see in the castle, you can still pass at least two hours exploring various ruins and admiring the views.
